This Privacy Policy explains how Tauragesaerodromas.lt (the “Service Provider”) processes customers’ personal data
when a customer purchases a sightseeing flight voucher or registers for a flight.

2. What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to fulfil your order: first name, last name (if provided), email address,
phone number, purchase/order information (voucher type, quantity, payment status), voucher code,
flight registration information, and communication with customer support.
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
We process data for: (I) order administration, issuing vouchers and confirming validity, (II) flight registration,
(III) communication related to service delivery, (IV) payment administration, (V) compliance with legal obligations
(e.g., accounting). Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
4. Data recipients
We may share data only to the extent necessary for payment processing and order fulfilment (e.g., payment service provider),
and where required by law. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
5. Retention period
We retain data as long as necessary to fulfil the order and related obligations (e.g., accounting, dispute resolution),
or for the period required by applicable laws.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing,
and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Purchase Terms
These terms apply to purchasing sightseeing flight vouchers and/or other services we provide.
By purchasing a voucher, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.
1. Service and vouchers
The Service Provider offers sightseeing flight services. A voucher confirms the right to receive the selected service
in the scope specified in the voucher description. Vouchers are typically used once, unless stated otherwise.
2. Voucher validity (12 months)
All vouchers and/or purchased services must be used (fulfilled) within 12 (twelve) months from the purchase date,
unless stated otherwise in the voucher description. After the validity period expires, the Service Provider is not obliged
to fulfil the request unless it agrees otherwise in good faith.
3. Flight booking
Flights are performed only by prior arrangement of date and time. A voucher code is required for booking.
Flight availability depends on weather conditions, aircraft readiness, and pilot availability.
4. Weather and safety
For safety reasons, a flight may be postponed or rescheduled if weather conditions are unsuitable or due to other
safety-related reasons. In such case, the nearest available alternative time will be offered (within the voucher validity period).
5. Rescheduling and no-show
If you cannot attend at the agreed time, please inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If you do not show up and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the voucher is considered used.
6. Use of data
Customer information is used only to fulfil the order: voucher identification, flight booking, communication, and payment administration.
Without separate consent, data is not used for marketing.
