Tauragė Airfield is a modern and dynamic aviation centre located in Girininkai Village, just 9 kilometres west of Tauragė town. Opened in 2009, our airfield has quickly adapted to contemporary flight-safety standards: we feature a 400 × 20 m asphalt-concrete runway, spacious taxiways equipped with light signalling, and well-maintained infrastructure throughout the facility.

Our activities and services

Sports and Recreational Aviation: In partnership with the Tauragė Aeroclub, we organize instructional and introductory flights by airplane and glider, train participants for scale model aircraft competitions, and prepare parachutists for their jumps.

Pilot training: we provide opportunities for both beginner and experienced pilots to refine their skills, offering theoretical courses and practical flights with qualified instructors.

Sightseeing Flights: Take our “Flight over Tauragė” and enjoy breathtaking views—an unforgettable adventure with a guaranteed adrenaline rush!
